Sweet Allie B’s is an ambitious endeavor.

The space on North Waco includes the restaurant, catering facilities, and the adjacent Limestone Beer Company.

I’ve enjoyed the beer on previous occasions.  Their outdoor seating provides a good environment for conversation and relaxation.  The inside of the restaurant is clean and the staff is pleasant and responsive.

As much as I love interesting décor, I cannot condone the usage of mannequins.  None of them even LOOK like Kim Cattrall.

My club sandwich was delicious.  I particularly enjoyed the pretzel bun which was perfectly chewy and salty.  My dining companion ordered the “Old Blue Wrap” and gave it high marks.

Fresh beer from Limestone is available on tap.  The restaurant also includes a full bar.

Note:  Park on the west side of the building.  There is not an easily discernable entrance to the restaurant from the east side parking lot.  In my opinion, clear signage would help.
