In the shopping center where the Summerwinds offices are located, there is a little deli that serves pretty tasty Mediterranean food – Hummus, Gyros, Shwarma, etc.  In a town where the majority of the food consists of fried catfish, chicken fried steak, hamburgers, and more fried catfish, Vaskin’s was a great surprise!

I didn’t try the Baklava, but it looked yummy … and soooo many varieties!

They also had these little buzzers that were so cute.  About the size of a car cup holder coaster.

The wrap was yummy with lots of fresh veggies and gyro meat.  The pasta salad side had some oregano added which went with the greek/mediterranean food.  It was a great touch.
